GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The present general conditions of sale are concluded between, on the one hand, the present website www.tblr.eu published by the company Salvatore MACRI’S, whose registered office is located at 9, rue d’Enghien, 75010 PARIS, micro entreprise, registered with the RCS of. Paris under the number 539 395 657 and on the other hand, any individual who is not a trader. (“”Customer””) wishing to make a purchase on the www.tblr.eu website.
SUBJECT
The present conditions aim to define the terms and conditions for placing an order for payment, delivery and after-sales service between tblr.eu and the customer.
PRODUCTS
All the products on sale on the www.tblr.eu website are offered within the limits of available stocks. The Products available on the site are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, should errors or omissions occur in this presentation, Salvatore MACRI’S shall not be held liable. Photographs of the products offered may be subject to minor variations (colours, sizes, shape).
ORDER PROCESS
The customer can choose items from our product range and put them in his “”Basket””. By clicking on the button “”””Finalize Order””””, the customer finalizes the order of the products in the Shopping Basket. He will then be asked to provide us with his personal data (including payment details). Before finalising an order, the customer may at any time view and modify the details of his or her order. It is also compulsory to accept these GTC before placing an order. Otherwise it will not be possible to order products on the Website. Placing an order constitutes a contract of sale between the customer and the company, subject to the availability of the products ordered. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer confirming receipt and details of the order.
SHIPPING – DELIVERY
All our parcels are sent via the services of LA POSTE. Shipping costs for all orders placed in Metropolitan France are fixed and are indicated by the seller in the form filled in at the time of the Order. All delivery times are calculated in working days. The Seller undertakes to process the Order within thirty days from the day following the validation of the Order. The times indicated are average times and correspond to the time taken to process, prepare and dispatch the Order (ex warehouse). They start to run as soon as the Order is validated.
SENDING
All items purchased are shipped within 10 working days of order, although most items are shipped within 3 to 4 days. Your delivery may take up to 2 weeks to arrive in case of heavy traffic. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please write to us at hello@tblr.eu. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email from us.
RESPONSIBILITY
Salvatore MACRI’s is not responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer if such loss or damage results from a case of force majeure, if it is attributable to the unforeseeable act of a third party, or if it is attributable to you.
If the customer’s address is incorrect, Tealer cannot be held liable for the loss of the order.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to article L.l21-20 of the French Consumer Code, all consumers have a period of 7 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their reasons or pay any penalties. With the exception of the return costs. This period is extended until the 1st following working day, if it expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday. PRICE – TERMS OF PAYMENT
Product prices are displayed in euros. VAT is included in the price displayed at the rate in force in France for the products concerned. For orders to countries outside the European Union, VAT will be deducted from the prices displayed. However, the Customer will be asked to pay any customs charges upon delivery.
SECURE PAYMENT
Credit cardPayments are handled by our partner PayPal. We have no access to your identifiers and credit card numbers. All transactions are secured using SSL encryption, guaranteeing you both the identity of the payment organisation and the confidentiality of the data. PayPal is a simple and secure payment solution for accepting credit card payments. By using PayPal as a means of payment to settle a purchase, in France or abroad, if you do not receive your item, PayPal will refund the total amount of the transaction, including shipping costs.
GUARANTEES -SERVICES AT PRESALE
All Products sold on the Website benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (L211-4 of the French Consumer Code) allowing the User to return defective or non-compliant products delivered. -Article L2ll-4 of the Consumer Code: The seller is obliged to deliver a compliant product that exists at the time of delivery. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If within 21 days from the date you received your package you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for an exchange. All you have to do is send it back to us at the following address: Salvatore MACRI 7 Rue des Champs Fleuris 91680 Bruyères-le-Châtel France. Be sure to include a copy of your order confirmation by email to speed up the processing of your request. Please include a letter explaining what changes you would like to make, this will help us to speed up the process. As soon as we receive the package, we will proceed to replace it. You can pay the shipping costs for exchanging the package here and provide us with the order number of the package so that we can proceed with the return of the order.
